Intercounty - Bishop Stortford

A banana would do a better job at selling than these guys. Incredibly rude lady named Helen, speaks over you, rude and clearly doesn’t care about her clients. She couldn’t sell plastic surgery to Joan rivers. Very disappointed in the service I received, I would expect a better service from a company as large as intercounty. She dropped the ball regarding communication, scheduled to call me and didn’t, refused to submit my offer, lack of negotiation skills and most annoyingly.. lied. Due to her incompetence, we feel we have lost out on an incredible opportunity. Oh, I also didn’t appreciate her lecturing me about her 30 year career when I told her I was unhappy with the situation. 30 years outdated, clearly. People skills zero to none.

Literally the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with ! Complete nightmare from the management team. The response times are terrible simply sign you up and thereafter the service is terrible !!

Didn't get to even view anything from this company as they were really unorganised, let me know about viewings being cancelled incredibly late, once was when I was on the train heading to the property. Trying to get any viewings just for one property was a lot harder then other estate agents I've dealt with. They seemed to have an issue with me being self employed even though my partner is employed full time. I asked multiple times for contact via email because of my job which they said they could do but continued to bombard me with calls and voicemails. I spoke to someone different each time I called back, who didn't seem to know what was going on. Once I informed them I had found somewhere with another estate agents they still continued to call me to see how everything was going which I felt was a bit odd, almost like they were checking up on me to see if anything would go wrong with this other estate agents. I ended up blocking the number because of the volume of unwanted calls I had. Kind of glad I didn't go with this company in the end. If you want unwanted calls all the time then by all means go with Intercounty but I wouldn't go back to them.

Further to my previous review - It is with great pleasure we are moving, and will not be using this company. I will also not be buying any house they display. Excited about my new project though :)
