After a bit of a shaky start, Doug at Intercounty proved to be a great help in what was at times an emotional and stress filled purchase. Good communication and good strategies finally resulted in a positive result and we exchanged today.

I am happy to report good service from the Sales team, in particular Jack and Doug. The Lettings team all need to go on a customer service course. As for the Conveyancers they recommended, Premier Property Lawyers - you don't want to go there!
