Intercounty - Bishop Stortford

I am very grateful to leave my property to the Letting management at Intercounty. I need to know that problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently, and be kept informed of what is happening. I have found Dimple does this and also is always pleasant to speak to or correspond with by email .

I have been a tenant in a property managed by Intercounty over the last two years. During that time I have dealt with Kelly Macavoy who has been on hand whenever I had any issues or queries and was always quick to respond and help resolve things swiftly and without causing me any disruption, always being able to work around me and putting me ‘the tenant’ first. I cannot speak highly enough of both her and Intercounty’s management of my tenancy, giving me complete piece of mind. I would not hesitate to use Intercounty again if I found myself in the rental market.

I have used Kelly McAvoy at Intercounty as my lettings agent. I cannot fault the speed of response and practical advise she has given me. My letting turned out to be far from straightforward, but Kelly has been proactive and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend.

Very Happy with the service I receive from Intercounty Lettings and Property Management Bishops Stortford Special mention and My Sincere Thanks to Julia Sansom from the property management department Julia is a very dedicated professional and a great asset to Intercounty Always a pleasure to deal with

We have engaged Intercounty Bishops Stortford as our rental agent for over 8 years. Kelly McAvoy is our contact and we cannot speak highly enough of her, always quick to respond, very practical, and we trust her implicitly. We live overseas and we have total confidence in Intercounty and Kelly to properly manage our property.

Dimple has been my contact for the last couple of years and has been attentive and helpful when we have needed assistance. She has kept us on track of where we need to be and made us aware of legalities and given advice where needed. We are happy with the service at this time and plan to stay with InterCounty for the near future. Thanks to her and the team, Morgan and Paul Le Riche

Last year we moved the management of our property to Intercounty, Bishops Stortford. We can not be more pleased with the service we have been given. Reece Knight and Kelly McAvoy have been fantastic. Always quick to respond to issues our tenants are having and to our queries. We live overseas so it is fantastic to have Intercounty confidently managing everything for us. Becca Taylor

We are plumbing, drainage and electrical contractors for Inter County and have worked with them over the last year. They act fast with landlords and tenants needs and try to go above and beyond to fulfil any issues that properties may have. The property managers that we deal with are always friendly and work closely with us to ensure the work is always done to a high standard and work around tenants/landlords timescales. Anybody thinking of using Inter County for rental properties, I would highly recommend. Michael Cook Managing Director of Drain Burst Ltd
