The Intercounty team were excellent. They assisted me every step of the way during my sale, especially Doug, Charlie and Helen. They escorted buyers on over 20 viewings in a competent and organised way. They always returned my calls quickly and kept me up to date with all matters. I also used their legal team for my sale and purchase and one of their excellent mortgage advisors.

Throughout the years, I have engaged the services of Intercounty to facilitate both the sale and purchase of residential properties, and I must commend them for their consistent and exceptional service delivery. Recently, during a transitional period, I had the pleasure of dealing with their proficient letting team (Reece, Ryan and Sheila,) who were instrumental in securing a suitable abode for me. Their professionalism, proficiency and willingness to exceed expectations were remarkable, and I sincerely thank them for their invaluable assistance.

So having finally exchanged on our sale and purchase I can honestly say our first positive impressions of intercounty have been proven correct. Not only have we been impressed by Will, Helen and Charlie in the sales team but also by Doug the sales progresser. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan as my property agent, and I can confidently say that he is the best in the business! As someone who was looking for a rental property specifically in Bishop's Stortford, I was impressed by Ryan's knowledge of the area and his ability to find properties that met my needs.
