We had a great experience of house viewing with Jake recently. Jake is a nice and friendly gentleman who is very knowledgeable, informative, patient and professional. Good experience so far, working with Reece M and Ryan to find a place. No 5 stars yet as we haven't actually let from the company but the staff so far have been very helpful. Edit: we are now in the property, Ryan, Reece M and Sheli have been very helpful.

I would like to thank Reece Malcolm for all his efforts so far in helping my partner and I (and baby on the way) find our little dream family home. Reece is polite, friendly and approachable with such a kind manner and whatever question or query I have he will always go out of his way to find out the answer and get back to me as soon as possible which is much appreciated. We haven't yet found our dream home but I am sure we will very soon if we continue with Intercounty and Reece and team, and I will then leave another positive review once we have found it :-)

Big shout out to Ryan Goullee who was nothing but brilliant in showing me two properties. Also, I would like to highlight the fact he went out of his way to drive me around some parts of Bishops’ Stortford and was kind enough to drop me back to the high street. He didn’t have to, but he did. I would defo recommend you reach out to the team at Intercounty if you are looking to moving in to Bishops’ Stortford.

Updated review (still five stars). Selling a house is always challenging especially if you don’t do it often! Trying to find the right help is key. After some research and a shortlist of 3 local independents, we instructed Intercounty in Bishops Stortford to handle our sale. A true team effort with some evident heavy lifting from Olivia, Charlie and Harry. Houses, however well presented, don’t sell themselves and after a blizzard of viewings, the virtual ‘Sold STC’ board went up after just 9 days. Phase two of the journey kicked off with the valuation and homebuyers survey, which passed without incident, followed by the legal Q&As. We followed the progress of the sale on Intercounty’s My Move tracker with the enthusiastic Doug updating his useful bar chart. 42 days since the house went on the market, we exchanged.

Ms Sheli Choudhury Is absolutely a great kind and professional person, she helped me and my brother get our home in Bishop’s. The whole company is full of professionals and willing to help people.
