I recently arranged to view a rental property advertised by Intercounty Bishop's Stortford. My experience dealing with Intercountry was faultless. All members of staff I spoke to by telephone were helpful, patient and friendly. My initial enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently and all details of the viewing were confirmed by email. At the property, I was met by Katie, who was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. She allowed me enough time to look at the property properly, without putting me under any pressure, and made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions. She also followed up the viewing the next day, again without me feeling under any pressure. I would definitely feel positive about using Intercounty's services again in future.

Never had an issue with the agency, each person working in there is always welcoming and ready to help. Especially Carly, who I have been dealing a lot :) extremely friendly reliable and prepared!
