We were very happy how Robert Oulsnam Bournville dealt with us when buying our new house. After coming to a dead end in trying to finance the purchase Rachael arranged for us to talk to Oulsnam's independent financial advisor Jacqui and through her we were able to finance it. .After that any query we had was dealt with very quickly and we were always kept informed on how the purchase was going.So I would certainly recommend them and would like to mention Rachael and Jacqui in particular.

Oulsnam Bourneville office were great throughout my transaction. Straighforward and no-nonsense advice which was appreciated, particularly from Laurie who showed me the house. Jacqui at Crystal Finance was also brilliant throughout.

The whole team were fabulous from start to finish. Thoroughly professional in the way they handled everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Don't go with an internet company just because they are cheaper - you will need real people on the end of a phone who really care - and that's what you get in the Bournville office. The service, support, and advice I received when selling my house was excellent. The whole team worked very hard to ensure a successful outcome. The house achieved a fair market price and I greatly appreciate all the help I received, particularly from Rachel. This is the second time in recent years that I have used Robert Oulsnam at Bournville and, should I move in the future, I fully anticipate using them again. I highly recommend this branch of Robert Oulsnam.

Poor experience. Buyers count too! You need to be a little wary about misrepresentation when a property marketed as 'chain free - vendor going into rented' suddenly changes into 'they have changed their mind & now need to find a property' as you provide proof of funds after having an offer (above asking) accepted. I hope this isn't a common scenario but post my review in case others are experiencing similar. The agent apologised nicely explained they can only act on the instruction of their 'clients' but as a potential buyer I certainly feel like a customer funding the operation so I expect a better service experience than this.

I have found this agent the most unprofessional agent I have dealt with recently, I made an offer on a let property over 10 days ago and after constantly chasing for an update and promised call back after call back still nothing!! I have since used another agent found a property completed all paperwork paid the deposit and collect the keys next week.....whilst I am still waiting for a call back from Ouslnam....Can you imagine how bad this is for the landlords they represent?? Very unprofessional service....

Throughly disreputable absolute spivs. Charge you an absolute fortune to book you out of a rental property, produce a report then try to steal your deposit for things which aren't even listed as being wrong in the inventory they've charged you a fortune to produce. Also attempting to hang onto the deposit longer than the allowable 10 day period. Looking forward to the 1st of June when their greedy behaviour will be illegal

Thank you for your comment, it is always disappointing to hear a customer has had a bad experience. I can confirm all charges regarding the checkout process are confirmed on all property adverts, the application form and are in the tenancy agreement which would have been signed by yourself at the start of the tenancy. I am aware your landlord manages the property themselves therefore any deposit negotiation should be between yourself and landlord directly. I can confirm where we are able to advise a landlord regarding deductions all deductions are at the landlords discretion, therefore we are only able to pass information between yourself as the tenant and the landlord and advise the best we can. Regarding deposit returns the guidelines are to ensure you are informed in writing or to return your deposit within 10 days of which I can confirm has been done. If you are not happy with this information and are not happy to negotiate regarding the deposit the correct process would be to contact the deposit protection scheme and raise a deposit dispute. If you do wish to do this please ensure this is done within a 3 month time frame as you will be unable to raise a dispute after this.
