We chose Oulsnam Bournville for their knowledge of the area, enthusiastic staff and market share. We were pleased with the number of viewings especially since our property would only appeal to a particular buyer. Once sold there were some issues with surveys etc that were dealt with efficiently and delays caused elsewhere in the chain that were chased regularly. The team covered for each other during holidays so we always felt well looked after.
