Throughly disreputable absolute spivs. Charge you an absolute fortune to book you out of a rental property, produce a report then try to steal your deposit for things which aren't even listed as being wrong in the inventory they've charged you a fortune to produce. Also attempting to hang onto the deposit longer than the allowable 10 day period.
Looking forward to the 1st of June when their greedy behaviour will be illegal

Thank you for your comment, it is always disappointing to hear a customer has had a bad experience.
I can confirm all charges regarding the checkout process are confirmed on all property adverts, the application form and are in the tenancy agreement which would have been signed by yourself at the start of the tenancy.
I am aware your landlord manages the property themselves therefore any deposit negotiation should be between yourself and landlord directly. I can confirm where we are able to advise a landlord regarding deductions all deductions are at the landlords discretion, therefore we are only able to pass information between yourself as the tenant and the landlord and advise the best we can.
Regarding deposit returns the guidelines are to ensure you are informed in writing or to return your deposit within 10 days of which I can confirm has been done. If you are not happy with this information and are not happy to negotiate regarding the deposit the correct process would be to contact the deposit protection scheme and raise a deposit dispute. If you do wish to do this please ensure this is done within a 3 month time frame as you will be unable to raise a dispute after this.
