In August 2017 we moved one of our properties under management of Northwood Birmingham and the property was let soon after. Half a year later we moved the rest of our properties under Northwood's lettings management. The team is very mature (you can count on people staying with Northwood for years) and you can build long-term relationship with them. They keep an eye on the changes in legislation and inform us when we have to meet some additional requirements (fire safety, licensing scheme, etc.). The properties are let very efficiently - we never had void periods. Regular inspections with detailed reports help keeping properties in a good state of repairs.
