Saying Thank you to Alan it’s not enough! I’ve been looking to buy my first property since 8 months ago and never came across to such an amazing person like Alan . His professionalism and his passion for this industry made everything easier. The whole team was really helpful and they sorted it out my paperwork in a minimum time wise . I feel wonderful today to have the issue in my newly moved in apartment resolved in less than 2 days. The issue was about the hot water boiler. Hot water supply was unstable, on and off several times in the first week. The issue was reported through the website, and I was contacted already in the next day by Cheryl Quinney for more details. Visit of maintenance people was arranged already in the day after. The problem was resolved right away by the friendly and experienced maintenance people. Thank you very much for your quick response and efficient work

I have been extremely disappointed with the Northwood lettings team on the whole. However I am writing this review in high regard for Latha who has rectified many of the numerous issues I have had at the property since moving in. She has been excellent with communication and deals with issues in a timely manner. I would like to stress here that without Latha???s contribution this review would be 1* at best.
