As a tenant, it is crucial to feel that your needs are being met, and I can say that the Northwood team is highly responsive to my needs. Their maintenance reporting system is user-friendly, and they are able to arrange work within a short period of time. I especially appreciate their prompt response to my request for heater repair before the snowfall in mid-March, which helped me live in a warm environment during the snowy weather. They are also willing to accommodate my work schedule for regular visits, which allows us to communicate effectively. I feel that my needs are always well taken care of. In addition, all of the staff members are friendly and polite, which makes me feel comfortable to talk to them.
