Northwood has been the best letting agency I have contacted in Birmingham yet. Clare was very helpful in the entire process! She was quick to pick up calls, answer queries and very kind. Alan conducted my online viewing, and ensured that I had also access to a virtual viewing. I came across some hurdles in the application process, but the agency was very understanding and helped me to resolve all of my problems. They went above and beyond to ensure that I moved into the flat in a timely manner. Not only that, but when I couldn't find the parking for my flat, they both had helped me locate it outside of their working hours. Thank you for all of your help, team!
