since changing from Derek spires i have found that the service is a lot better. however i still have big cold old windows that need replacing and cold walls as are not properly insulated(all exterior walls need thermal boarding . putting wallpaper over everything so the new tenant doesn't work with me as i am a plaster by trade. puddling has destroyed any chances of creating outdoor space and have only sat in my table and chairs once due to feet in puddles and no proper drainage:(.now i have done some work to tie me off but this winter has been the worse heating is never off. soon as its off its like being in freezer with all my hard earn possessions getting damp:(. work i have undergone hasn't been reimbursed. was told handy man would help out but have seen or hurd.never new that taking over the tenacy means i become that handy hand lool security bulbs have all gone and trying to walk down 3 sets of outdoor stairs with no lights is a total nightmare. seem to be going round in circles last few years

Rude and unhelpful. Would barely say hello and tell you how busy they are straight away. They wouldn't walk on the street opposite to value a house I would like to sell. Avoid at all cost. The high street has much better estate agents.

Just boring, lack of sincereness

I'm trying to buy a property for me and my son, I want to view one they have for sale. I emailed to enquire on my break at work and Nathan Ballard called me while I was working, I asked him to email me as I can't take calls working in a busy kitchen (I'm a chef) and he did email, but made it very clear he wanted to talk to me on the phone for some reason. My initial enquiry was answered but I've since been ignored on my follow up enquiry and attempt to view the property. I know what I'm looking for, and with the substantial deposit I have compared to the value of the property I'm asking to view I'm the easiest sale in the world but he seems to be ignoring me because I haven't got the time to answer 101 questions I'd already answered via Rightmove just to be able to submit a viewing request. I don't need them to subscribe me to newsletters or recommend me properties, I know what I'm looking for. I don't need an appointment with the in-house mortgage advisor, I just want to view the property to confirm it's as appears and make an offer. I don't understand why someone whos job it is to sell property is gatekeeping people from buying said property. My only logical guess is they couldn't actually answer my querie so ignored me, but that doesn't exactly paint them in a good light. So yeah, I didn't even get as far as being allowed to view the property I wanted to despise being in a good position to buy. Why are estate agents obsessed with phone calls? People have jobs, and most jobs don't take kindly to employees taking phone calls while they're working.

unfortunately the worst estate agents we have ever used. We were out of the property in 5 months due to the state of the property. Boiler was not checked when we moved in, so we had to had to beg someone to come out and fix it on a winters …
