Generally very pleased with Martin & Co, particularly with Amelia who was very helpful in sorting out our tenancy. We have had some issues with the house we were moving into seemingly not being inspected before we arrived, and there apparently being nothing anyone can do to remove the previous occupants’ rubbish. Also the inspection team could not provide any ID proving they are from Martin & Co upon request, which slowed things down a bit, but the guy doing the inspection was nice and it wasn’t his fault he wasn’t given any ID.
