Had a great experience viewing an apartment with Maggie. She was polite, courteous, knowledgable of the area and actually sold the benefits of the property (as opposed to a lot of agents who just tell you what room you're standing in (I know I'm in the kitchen, thanks!). Update: Following a sprucing up of the property we decided to have JS find tenants for us too. Lily was looking after us and did a find job. With so much competition for apartments in the price bracket we were listing in, we thought it would be months before it was rented out. However, only a few weeks later it's now occupied at the price we adked. Thank you so much! Lily was courteous, efficient and did her best to get everything done. She was also extremely patient with me being not so quick to get back to her. Thanks again, would certainly recommend your team. 🙂

Such amazing experience with a great team ! Deebie lock is the most professional and attentive agent I never had ! No matter what I asked, she responded quickly and always answered my query. Sadly I had to eft John shepherd due to relocating but the leaving process was very smooth with Debbie Lock who responded very quickly to provide me references and all the details for my end of tenancy - I knew what was expected from me and our communications was perfect. I have just moved into the new flat that I found through John Shepherd. I would like to thank Emily, Lily and Megan at the Birmingham office. Emily showed me the property and her friendliness made all the difference seeing the place for the first time. It was then Lily and Megan who took it over from there and did a stellar job seeing me through the whole process. They were accessible and amicable at all times. They patiently answered all my questions, and I did have many given it was my first time renting a property in the UK. They accommodated all my needs and put all my concerns to rest. All the housing resources are real and effective, with complete pictures and texts, and complete relevant key information. Especially, the video viewing during the epidemic makes people feel at ease. I would especially like to thank Lily and Megan, who have been very responsible since the inquiry, and responded to each email very quickly. All kinds of contract information were clear and painstaking, and the service was excellent.

My experience at John Shepherd was absolutely amazing. Drew, Lilly, Megan and Charlotte, have been amazing, from initial contact about viewing the appartment after seeing on-line, to acutally moving in, was quick and hassel free. Far far easier and friendlier that some agents I've delt with in the past; and will use them again should I ever have to move.
