Good but inconsistent support from Belvoir at times, some issues were resolved fairly quickly whilst other issues which were raised at the start of our tenancy (over 12 months ago) were never fixed (specifically a broken dishwasher). I understand there were some complications with the dishwasher being removed and replaced but at times it was evident no progress was being made. Belvoir were helpful getting us in into our apartment and the check out process was smooth despite some delay in receiving our deposit (delayed due to no invoice being provided for cleaning services).
