I've been working with belvoir for a few years now and the service they provide for me and tenants is impeccable. I can't fault them on speed of service and communication., everyone in the office work well together to help me do my job easier and henceforth giving tenants and landlords the best service possible. The team are welcoming when we go into office which creates are friendly and relaxing atmosphere for us and I imagine for tenants . I deal mainly with Charlie at the office on the maintenance side, she excels in technical knowledge which really helps for us to get jobs done quickly as she cab relay details back to landlords accurately which helps us complete jobs more efficiently. After many years in this industry and working in conjunction with many different letting agents belvoir Birmingham has been leaps and bounds ahead of all others as the team works excellently with all individual members working well in there own specific roles Mr K.
