Belvoir is one brilliant outfit. I switched in 2015 after problems and poor service from another agent. Charlie and Sinead have been consistently helpful, supportive, aware, and prompt dealing with issues. Their charges are lower than previous agent and regular inspections are thrown in. In October tenants moved out owing two months rent. After a month's chasing I said they could leave it, but they persisted and Sinead emailed today to say all funds recovered. And now I'm selling and their sales team have achieved above asking price. I don't normally gush but I have nothing but praise for Belvoir.

I knew Belvoir accidentally when first visiting Birmingham and looking for a two-bed room apartment for our family. Got a nice offer from Belvoir and signed contract quickly afterward. The staff is very helpful and kind in resolving any problem might occur to my apartment.

I had experience in buying my first house with Belovoir last March and I can recommend its staff with no esitatation. They were very helpful and they followed me through all the process, being always available despite me being too apprehensive towards the end of the transaction! I wouldn't go anywhere else for everything related to my property (renting/property management/sale), reliable people is what I would look for to manage my property.

I've rented with Belvoir for 5 years. They are BY FAR the best letting agent in Birmingham. High quality properties, honest agents and great customer service. They are selective of the landlords they work with too. I've had two landlords and they have both been great.
