Buyer - Bought a house that was being sold by Michael Poole and found the experience quite painless for a first-time buyer. There were a few snags, where there were some miscommunication (Which I cannot say was their fault). But overall, a good experience. Gillian Lowth particularly was always polite when I spoke to her, to the point where she recognised my number and knew me by name. I really hope that when I come to buy my next property, I work with her on the purchase. Absolute star.. MP Pay her more and make sure you keep her!

As a landlord the service from Sharon was second to none. However, the greed in the terms and conditions can be avoided with due diligence. You don't always get value for money, and need to really think about the contract you pay for and what services you recieve for the monthly costs involved. However, still 100% better than their local competitors, namely Drummonds.

Terrible estate agents. They are rude when they speak to you on the phone. They charged us for fast tracking our checks and we were last in the chain to get them back, took even longer than the standard time. Never got an apology. They do very little to actually help sell your house, there only solution is to just keep lowering the price. We asked for our house to be featured on their social media page relentlessly, to spark interest page and they couldn't be bothered. We were ignored from start to finish.

Thought service was appalling

House was put on market during the covid pandemic. I was assured that despite this, they were confident they could sell. Not a single viewing and absolutely no feedback over 2.5 months. When i called the office the excuse given was staff being furloughed. Not good enough.

Tried to get a viewing on a property that they had the keys for - had to wait nearly two weeks to view and the day before they cancelled as the house had been sold through another estate agents. Wish I’d rang them now. Terrible estate agents - difficult to get through to and appalling service.
