I have been using Michael Poole for many years to manage the letting of my property. I have dealt with many different lettings consultants at Michael Poole over this time and have found every one of them to be professional, friendly and helpful. Communication is very good and I am always kept up to date with anything that I need to know. If I have needed to telephone the office for any reason I have always been able to speak to one of the lettings consultants or, if they are busy, I have always had the phone call returned. Great service from Matthew and fantastic photos of the property which enabled a relatively quick sale. The Billingham office arranged quite a few viewings, although most of them were not in a position to proceed. Feedback from viewings was quick and concise. However, once a sale had been agreed communication was practically non-existent. We heard more from our buyers estate agent than our own. Overall though, the service given achieved the objective which was to sell our house in a relatively quick time. Job done - thanks.
