Moving from a home to a empty house is more than stressful with today's governmental taxes and red tape when buying a house and selling your home. Our purchase was via Billingham office. The unsung heros of most businesses today are the employees who work fastidiously in the background for the companies customers. Our guide throughout the process was Debbie Watts and our 5 stars go to Debbie 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because she really did give us time and personal service we needed to navigate our purchase in a timely manner. We would have sold our house with the company but a different Michael Poole shop was not as customer orientated being difficult to contact and deal with so it wasn't meant to be sadly. Therefore we cannot review selling only purchasing our property. Thank you Debbie 🏡✍️👍 for all your help and support throughout our purchasing process.
