Amazing service from an outstanding company!! A special mention must go out to Sam! There is above and beyond then there is the levels that Sam went to to ensure the sale of our property and the purchase of our next home. With Ian's superb photos and write up we instantly had interest and multiple offers. With Ian's extensive knowledge of the local property market we were able to secure a higher selling price than other estate agents had suggested. Although we never purchased our new home from Michael Pooles, Sam even kept the momentum on that purchase going and nothing was ever too much hassle or bother for her. We truly can't speak highly enough of Sam and Ian and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future!!!
