We recently used the Billingham branch of Michael Poole for our house sale, and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. Debbie, our negotiator, was superb throughout the entire process. She consistently kept us informed, regularly chased progress with all parties involved, and made sure nothing was left drifting. Communication during a house move is everything, and Debbie absolutely delivered. If I was asked about our move and had to single out one individual who truly made a difference, Debbie would be the standout name without hesitation. People often say that an estate agent’s job is simply to get your property listed on Rightmove. But once a sale progresses — and especially when things become complicated — that’s when you realise how much a good estate agent is worth. In those moments, their experience, persistence and communication are worth their weight in gold. Debbie embodied exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Michael Poole in Billingham, and in particular Debbie, to anyone looking to move home.
