Excellent service from start to finish. Ian came out to value the property and we were really impressed with his knowledge of the local area and his passion. He provided us with a clear Valuation higher than many other estate agents and the confidence he had in the valuation gave us huge confidence on the asking price (which was ultimately met). Matthew was our main source of contact throughout the sale process and i have nothing but great things to say about him. A real credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he kept us informed as and when any developments occured on both our sale and purchase. Top class can do attitude at all times. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anybody looking to buy or sell a house.
