We used Michael Poole Billingham to sell our property after having no success with another agent . Mathew came out to look at our house , he took the photos and we discussed selling points etc. The photographs were excellent. We had already moved to another area so needed Michael Poole to do all viewings. Because Mathew had been to the property he was able to answer any questions from potential buyers.
