Excellent experience!
I recently purchased my first home with regency and received an excellent service. I worked with James in the Bideford office and I can not speak highly enough of him! James was friendly, professional and really helped me through a process I knew nothing about!! It was a pleasure to work with James and I would recommend him and regency to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Faultless service from start to finish
We selected Regency after meeting with Lee Child and several other local agents. Our instincts to select Regency were fully vindicated as our whole experience was faultless. Lee and Josh Braddick handled every aspect of the sale, from production of high quality marketing material, strong advertising in local media, viewings and timely feedback from potential purchasers. Their actions could not be faulted in any way and achieved a sale at the guide price within 3 months.

First class service
We would highly recommend Regency to sell your property. It’s good to work with people that take the time to consider what you need to secure a sale. We were selling a country property that had good kerb appeal but needed a lot of work so Neil’s idea was to create the lifestyle image in the buyer’s mind by the sale particulars, which were excellent, and to talk to each party interested, even offering to drive them to the property to instil that lifestyle image in their minds. It worked a treat and we sold on the second viewing. It’s worth noting we had marketed for a year with one of his competitors without success. We would not hesitate to recommend Neil, Lee, Teresa and the team for marketing and after sales care which Tereca handled extremely well too.

Excellent Service, Highly Recommended
We'd had some bad experiences from another estate agents within the short time we were looking at properties. From start to finish regency (especially Lee) looked after us amazingly. Nothing was too much trouble and we were updated regularly on our purchase. We love our new home (even while we are doing a lot of building work!) Thank you to the Regency Team in Bideford. Highly Recommended.

Excellent service, the whole experience from beginning to end was faultless

Excellent Service from Beginning to End!
From valuation through to completion the service given by Regency was excellent. The details produced were good and needed no amendment by me. Negotiation was carried out on my behalf sensibly and once a sale had been established I was kept up to date on a very regular basis as to what was happening. Nothing was too much trouble even popping back to the property for me to take meter readings! I would highly recommend Regency to anyone needing to use an Estate Agent in Bideford. Also the old saying "you get what you pay for" isn't true in this instance as they were actually cheaper than the other Agents I approached. Many thanks in particular to Neil and Lee.

Friendly and efficient
We purchased 3 properties for buy to let purposes through other agents in the town (one of which was a thoroughly disagreeable experience, won't name names but begins with 'W' and ends in 'ebbers!' We therefore decided that for the letting of these properties that Regency with their excellent reputation would be our agents of choice. From the outset, we were keen to provide them with immaculately presented properties which would be straightforward and appealing to tenants and within a very short space of time, suitable quality tenants were found. The administration of the tenancy agreements was all very smooth and efficient and any queries quickly and calmly addressed. On an ongoing basis, we as landlords undertake any maintenance issues but Regency are always on the ball to ensure our properties are maintained, well looked after by the tenants and rents paid on time usually on the day the rent is due and that is not something other agents would do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective landlords looking for a caring, friendly, cost effective agent to manage your property.
