We purchased 3 properties for buy to let purposes through other agents in the town (one of which was a thoroughly disagreeable experience, won't name names but begins with 'W' and ends in 'ebbers!' We therefore decided that for the letting of these properties that Regency with their excellent reputation would be our agents of choice. From the outset, we were keen to provide them with immaculately presented properties which would be straightforward and appealing to tenants and within a very short space of time, suitable quality tenants were found. The administration of the tenancy agreements was all very smooth and efficient and any queries quickly and calmly addressed. On an ongoing basis, we as landlords undertake any maintenance issues but Regency are always on the ball to ensure our properties are maintained, well looked after by the tenants and rents paid on time usually on the day the rent is due and that is not something other agents would do.
