Excellent customer service and first class property management
Carl and his team at Regency manage the letting for my property in Bideford and give us real peace of mind. They are very helpful, efficient, friendly and down to earth and their service reassures us that what we intend to be our future home is in safe hands! They also have access to an excellent team of contractors who have quickly put right any problems at a reasonable price. This was a daunting experience for me as first time Landlords but they have been fabulous and made it all very easy for me and stress-free.

Exceptional service
Regency were first class when we used them to sell our property, they have a great team in place, it doesn't matter who you deal with all of the staff are professional and friendly. We had a particularly difficult sale for various reasons but Regency we perfect at handling the situation and took some of the stress out of the situation. Thank you Regency.

Regency - letting agency review
I have used Regency for a number of years as the letting agents for a property I own in the area. I have found their service to be very good indeed. They have always dealt efficiently with the property, and have been excellent at dealing with any issues which have arisen. I have principally dealt with Carl Armstrong and found him to give excellent support. Overall I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Regency and would recommend them as agents.

Worth the fee!
We have used Regency for the past few years managing our rental property. We have no complaints. Any questions we have are always answered fully and promptly. Excellent communication between ourselves and the tenants and always good advice offered. House is well maintained and any issues have been fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Excellent Service

Highly Recommended
Regency have been acting as my agent for my property for 3 years. During which I continue to enjoy a hassle free first class service. All inspections, contracts and maintenance is automatically handled which takes the burden out of managing the property from a remote location. Highly Recommended.

Courteous, helpful and efficient managing agent.
We have used Regency for a number of years to manage a rented property. They provide an excellent service and look after our property as we would ourselves. They have good local knowledge which helps with repairs and maintenance, and they maintain good relations with the tenants. Always respond promptly to any queries, carry out regular inspections to ensure the property is kept up to scratch and any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
