Excellent Service
I had a particularly torrid time getting to exchange of contracts on my house in Leeds, and Regency handled everything in Westward Ho!, keeping our vendors happy and up to date, so we didn`t lose the house we really wanted.. They were in touch with us, our agents and our solicitor on a regular basis. Well done to everyone.

Lee Childs made my buying experience easy
I bought a property that was being marketed by regency estate agents. Lee Childs dealt with me personally thoughtout the whole process and also went out of his way to give me additional information and advice that certainly made the process of buying a property a whole lot easier. I thought he was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I cannot thank him enough for the referrals and advice given to me as a first time buyer.

Excellent estate agency services
Having dealt with Regency for a number of years when they managed a rented property for me I decided to use them to sell the property. They again performed excellently and the property was sold in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price.

Spot on...!
We bought through Regency when we didn't know the area. We let properties in the Midlands & have got fed up with bad agents, so we're naturally suspect about Regency! I have to say though that Regency were spot on throughout, they did what agents should do - negotiate the pricing & chase things through. Neil has a young proactive team who all seem to be on the ball, they always have time for their customers & make you feel relaxed. Top marks Neil & team, keep it up. Peter & Heather

Excellent Service!
I was recommended Regency as letting agents & I have not been disappointed, I have had most of my dealings with Carl in letting my flat.& I've had nothing but professional, friendly & efficient service. Nothing has been too much trouble & I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent!

Perfect service - 10/10
We spoke to Regency about our needs as a perspective landlord in and around the Bideford area, we were new to both the area and the prospect of being a landlord. Lee and the office staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable about perspective properties - they helped us make the right choice and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Once the purchase was finalised we spoke to Carl (lettings) who visited the properties, gave us guidance and was more than helpful, he kept us informed of perspective tenants and their feedback. It was only a few days before we'd found excellent tenants for both of our properties. I'd definitely use them again without hesitation, when required they went the extra mile for us. I can honestly say they are the best agents I’ve bought or sold houses through.

Bright modern agency with friendly, helpful team
All the team have been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during what has been quite a complicated sale and purchase. Their patience and persistence has been second to none.and their guidance invaluable. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again next time.

I found all the staff at Regency Estate very helpfull, Especially Lee Child who was our contact. Lee kept us informed every step of the way he was alway very helpfull and courteous at all times. If we lived in the area and I was sellling our house I would definitely have Regency Estate Agents.

An excellent Agency, wouldn't hesitate to recommend
They dealt with a recent situation where I moved from seller to landlord with a future transfer of ownership and have dealt with the whole process with efficiency and friendliness.
