As first-time buyers, the whole process can be very daunting, but the team at Gilmore were happy to help and communicated fantastically throughout. Where we faced any issues with solicitors and paperwork, Gilmore were the shining light, helping in any way they could. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

Fantastic support from moment of enquiry. Very attentive, all tasks completed quickly and seamlessly! Even if your agent is not available/ holiday etc - continuity within the team could not be faulted and we feel our property currently being managed is in the most capable hands!

Excellent service from all the staff at Ashtons. Communicated with me efficiently during the whole process and 'held my hand' throughout. I can't fault them in any way at all. Big thanks to Abbey and Rebecca who worked with me but all the staff at Ashtons are friendly and supportive.

We had great service from Ashtons from start to finish. We rented with them and then bought our new house with them. Julie in particular was really helpful - both easy to get hold of, and provided useful advice and context throughout the purchase.

Excellent intermediaries - for both buyer and seller. Very accommodating on viewings and their advice (Abbey's in this instance) on how to seal the deal, could not have been more insightful or effective.
