Ashtons - Berkhamsted

We have used Aitchisons in Berkhamsted on three occasions in the last three years and can't thank Paul, Pam and Kim enough for all their help. They were always so friendly, helpful and professional and showed great calm & patience when [as everyone who's sold a house knows} things don't always go smoothly! A big thank you especially to Paul who went more than the extra mile to ensure the recent sale of our cottage managed to exchange & complete on the same day. We can't recommend you highly enough.

Kim and the team were great from start to finish and made the experience of purchasing a new home a pleasant one. Highly recommended.

Excellent agency, with professional staff who know their market extremely well. I would strongly recommend Aitchisons to anyone looking to sell or buy in Berkhamsted and surroundings.

They say that moving home is one of life's most stressful experiences. I have to say I completely disagree. Aitchisons went over and above to make sure that both the sale of my property and the purchase of my gorgeous new home ran smoothly. I cannot fault them and would wholeheartedly recommend Paul and his team to anyone moving in to or out of the area. Bravo team Aitchisons!

A huge thanks to Aitchison Estate Agents for becoming our first strategic partner working with The Hospice of St Francis to combine our care and support for local people and their families living with a life-limiting illness with an agency whose staff truly value the needs of their customers. As well as helping the Hospice to generate funds through their own marketing channels, Aitchisons will also make a donation for new sole agency instructions upon completion of sale. Every life is precious, so is every home and Aitchisons are an outstanding example of an agency that cares.

Couldn’t fault Pam and her team throughout the purchase. Her communication throughout was exceptional and particularly between both parties solicitors, couldn’t thank her enough.

We had fantastic and professional service from Pam and the team. They went above and beyond to ensure our purchase completed. I would highly recommend them.

I have worked with Paul at Aitchisons over many years and have found him and the staff very professional and efficient. I would have no hesitation in using them in the future.
