Ashtons - Berkhamsted

Maria Vasou of Aitchisons was a total star for our house move which was incredibly complicated and difficult. Thank you Maria for the amazing help and support in getting us over the line! Jamie

Excellent experience with Aitchisons. Maria was in close contact with us right through to completion and did an amazing job.

Overall service has been great. Helpful, prompt and responsive at all stages and in all interactions.

Very reliable, well established and experienced estate agents. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied with the whole service, hopefully Aitchisons will also find me a property to buy...

Recently completed on our first home, Aitchisons were brilliant and very accommodating throughout the whole process. Can't speak highly enough of them, in particular Maria who squeezed us in at very short notice for our first viewing. Thank you!

We used Aitchisons as they had been recommended to us by family. From the moment we first met with Paul Brissimitzakis we felt at ease and instantly knew that we wanted him and Aitchisons to deal with the sale of our home. From dealing with our sale, through to our purchase (via another agent), he and his team were always available at the end of the phone during some testing times. Paul has become a trusted friend and we will not hesitate in recommending Paul and his team at Aitchisons (Berkhamsted) to anyone.

I have used Aitchisons on several occasions over the past few years for both sales and property rental and have always found them to be very efficient, straight forward and friendly. During a recent sale of an empty house I was informed by phone and email prior to every viewing with a follow up call on how things went and on any comments that were made, which I found very helpful and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Paul at Aitchisons Estate Agents in Berkhamsted has been incredible! We have recently purchased a grade 2 listed farm house which came with many complications which Paul managed with patience, perseverance, professionalism and a good sense of humour! He gave us amazing personal service and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was dealt with. I would highly recommend Aitchisons and thank you Paul for everything you did for us. A very happy Sandy Mullins and Jeff Eales now in Ley Hill.
