I cannot recommend Ashtons Berkhamsted highly enough and especially Abbey. After missing out on what I felt would be my dream home, the property unexpectedly came back on the market through another local Estate Agent. Abbey had been my point of contact from the beginning and knew how much the property meant to me. When it became available again, I was fortunate enough this time around to get a buyer for my house very quickly. Abbey had communicated my commitment to the vendor from the outset and kept me updated throughout. Despite there being other interested parties and a tense few days while offers were considered by the vendor, to my delight my offer was finally accepted. Huge thanks to Abbey for her proactive, professional and committed approach on my behalf.

Our dealing with the Berkhamsted office, with Julie being our main point of contact was always handled well and we very happy with the communication and service provided. Once our sale was underway, we were passed over to another office to proceed to exchange and completion, here the communication was very heavily email orientated which we felt was not the best method of communication when dealing with issues in the chain. With that said, We would use Ashton again in the future. Thanks for all your hard work.
