Our dealing with the Berkhamsted office, with Julie being our main point of contact was always handled well and we very happy with the communication and service provided. Once our sale was underway, we were passed over to another office to proceed to exchange and completion, here the communication was very heavily email orientated which we felt was not the best method of communication when dealing with issues in the chain. With that said, We would use Ashton again in the future. Thanks for all your hard work.
