The agents were helpful in person but we have not been able to get a hold of them through other forms of communication which is frustrating.
Seen a few houses with them. Asked for viewings without others but when we turned up they had organised open viewings
I rented the house via Belvoir Lettings and doesn't had a good experience. House wasn't clean enough when i got the keys for first time and shifted For getting the mattress changed i literally followed up for 6 months and then when i said i going to reducing rent the letting agency changed it. Still i am issues with the common bathroom which hasnt been fixed.
Extremely poor communicators throughout my tenancy which culminated with a very poor end to my tenancy with Belvoir Belfast. After returning the keys, I was asked to ensure my bank details were linked to TDS NI for return of the deposit - which I did. It took 3 months, numerous unanswered emails, and an eventual appeal to TDS NI which took a number of weeks to process, before my deposit was returned. Very poor customer service.
