I have just purchased an apartment through Belvoir Sales in South Belfast. The sales agent on the purchase was Yasmin McCartney. Yasmin was excellent in all departments. Excellent communicating both verbal and written. Very flexible with appointments and she had some excellent advise for a 1st time buyer like myself. All of this might seem quite standard for an estate agent but I have been dealing with a fair amount of agents in the past year and by far Yasmin was the best. I would highly recommend using Belvoir Sales to friends and colleagues.
