Yasmin MacCartney has been looking after the sale of my house - which is now close to completion. I have nothing but praise for Yasmin who was extremely helpful in advice and support on how to improve my house prior to putting it on the market and the ease with which the sale has progressed. Her positive attitude and efficiency has made this the most pleasant experience I have had with selling a house.

Have been with them for about 4 years. Thankfully in those years nothing unusual happened. When we needed something they arranged someone to come over and fix it. When we had bigger problem they arranged everything with the landlord and at the end the issue was resolved. Eimhear treated us fairly and was flexible in all cases to make tenants happy. Could only recommend Belvoir!

Having dealt with both sales and lettings departments in Belvoir I would highly recommend them. All staff are professional and are very easy to deal with. While selling the property they were in constant communication and provided excellent advice. Also when letting the property they dealt with any tenant queries and organised any repairs to the house. No hesitation to give five stars.
