I recently contacted the maintenance team at Whitegates and it was an incredibly efficient process. Previous dealings with maintenance teams from other letting agencies has made me sceptical about time frames and quality of work completed, however, the team at Whitegates really have gone above and beyond to find a resolution to my issue. A recent boiler problem left me without hot water. What I thought may be a painstaking ordeal turned out to be quite the opposite. Marie kept me informed throughout the whole process, with quick responses and comprehensive updates on the status of the situation. The visits from both Aaron and Pete (the friendly plumbers) led to a speedy diagnosis and an equally efficient fix. I cannot rate this service and Whitegates as a company highly enough, all their teams have been a delight to work with and I am confident any future issues, if they arise, will be dealt with professionally and efficiently. 5/5 from me!
