I have been a tenant with Whitegates for over a year. Throughout this duration, Whitegates have been ever so helpful in getting any issues with my flat sorted out quickly and properly. Most recently, the heater in my bedroom was broken, and as soon as I reported the problem to Whitegates, Marie got onto the case as quickly as possible and sent an electrician over within the same day to give me a temporary standing heater to use while taking measurements to order in a new heater, which arrived a few weeks later (due to Christmas and New Year) and was then installed promptly and professionally by Gareth. I am very thankful to the team at Whitegates for making my renting experience a pleasant one.
