We have just moved after renting through Whitegates Beeston for 3 and half years. We've had a really positive experience with them, right from moving in to now moving out. Prompt to sort out issues especially when we first moved in, making our time in that house an enjoyable one.

As a landlord, I was receiving poor performance from my former letting agent. It felt like a big decision to change agents, because of the many things that need to be coordinated. Let me say I have so far been delighted with the service and performance of all the staff at Whitegates Beeston Lettings & Estate Agents. They have made the transfer seamless, found and verified new tenants and dealt with the admin of the Nottingham Selective Licensing scheme. A professional and friendly team, who I would recommend.
