Whenever I contacted her, Marie has always answered back to me on time, reassuring me and giving me full explanation of the solutions identified for my needs. After being a tenant with Whitegates for 9 years, I found them very responsive, Marie always kept in touch regarding any issues or repairs raised. I know it’s hard for them due to being in the middle of both tenants and landlords.. Both Marie and Karen deserve medals as go between for myself and my landlord they still managed to keep there heads (Which at times must have been hard) The majority of tradesmen they use are fantastic also especially Pete who had his work cut out, but always had a smile on his face.. I’d recommend them as a letting agency to both sides landlords and tenants as they look after both sides as best they can.. Thanks guys, I know it was testing at times, but was appreciated.

Karen Hall was happy to me help me rapidly when I had an issue with my boiler and she made sure that was solved as soon as possible! Whitegates have recently helped me take out a rental agreement for a flat in Beeston. Their members of staff have been extremely professional, helpful, patient, and responsive to all of my inquiries and questions from the viewing to when I had moved in and settled in (this was my first time renting through a letting agency). Reka did a fantastic job liaising between me and the landlord to ensure that all necessary paperwork was done properly, and that the flat was in the best possible condition for me to move in. Marie then helped me sort out any issues that arose within the first few days of my moving in. For any issue that I reported, she got back to me very quickly and helped find a solution almost immediately. Whitegates have made my first-time renting experience very pleasant and smooth.
