Currently a tenant with Whitegates Beeston and the service with maintenance has been great. I had an issue with my boiler over the weekend and the response was rapid from Marie with a quick resolution. The maintenance team (pete and colleague) were very helpful and explained well of the issue. I am very happy with the service and has made the experience comfortable.
