Misleading advertising

Advertised house as having a £15K reduction and received two marketing calls to go and view. Put an offer through that was above the offers in access of price and was told that the seller wanted at least £360K! When advertised at overs above £350K waste of my time viewing and talking to their mortgage advisor! This type of advertising is just wrong, they are trying to intrest but is misleading to say the least.
