Fine and country were excellent from start to finish. We initially had a valuation a year before we decided to go to market. They followed up, gave us thinking time, and were absolutely on it from the moment we decided to go to market. Becky and Simon listened to our requests, and on the first day of viewings, we had 5 people through the door and 2 cash offers.
