Fine and country were excellent from start to finish. We initially had a valuation a year before we decided to go to market. They followed up, gave us thinking time, and were absolutely on it from the moment we decided to go to market. Becky and Simon listened to our requests, and on the first day of viewings, we had 5 people through the door and 2 cash offers. They were always available for questions and regularly updated us through the sales follow-up. We can't thank them enough for their professionalism and ease of communication. We will definitely use them if we ever move again, but hopefully, we are in our forever home. Now, a couple of years on, we have moved again. What prophetic words from our first review.
