Fine and country were excellent from start to finish. We initially had a valuation a year before we decided to go to market. They followed up, gave us thinking time, and were absolutely on it from the moment we decided to go to market. Becky and Simon listened to our requests, and on the first day of viewings, we had 5 people through the door and 2 cash offers. They were always available for questions and regularly updated us through the sales follow-up. We can't thank them enough for their professionalism and ease of communication. We will definitely use them if we ever move again, but hopefully, we are in our forever home. Eternally grateful, Abi and Jonny.

What an absolute seamless dream of a sale! Rebecca, Anna and Van were a delight to work with, professional to the end. What I loved about working with these guys is the speed of response, No waiting for days for an email; or a call to be returned, everything was immediate and unlike other agents I have dealt with , if they said they were going to do something , they actually did it! I would certainly not hesitate to use them again and would always be my first choice of agent. The office was smart and tidy too, no dirty carpets and nasty chairs here!!!!
