Highly professional
Gaye was reassuringly professional (having visited several flats with other estate agents who worryingly seemed to know nothing about the properties they were presenting!). She was always quick to respond to any queries, and when she wasn't available her assistant was quick to answer in her place. Our purchase went smoothly and was relatively fast, so we couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Martin & Co if you are looking to buy a property in the Bath area.

Great persistence and very professional
Gaye was absolutely fantastic! We unfortunately had several failed sales processes but every time Gaye found new purchasers within days. Gaye kept us informed at every step and her patience and persistence made the difference - we would highly recommend Martin & Co, Bath!

Excellent service!
Can’t recommend Martin & Co Bath enough. In terms of getting the property let and management, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Special mention to Claire who keeps us informed of everything going on at the property and works diligently to provide an excellent service all round.

Very Accommodating
