Excellent staff and customer service
From the moment I contacted Charlotte I knew that she was the agent to sell my property. After my initial email enquiry she asked lots of questions about the house and had thoroughly researched the local market before arriving for a valuation. She was also the only agent out of six to arrive with an information pack for me. She was warm, friendly and enthusiastic about the house and I instantly knew that potential buyers would also get this level of service - I believe that people buy from people so I had complete confidence in her ability to sell. Charlotte has worked hard on getting the brochure presentation 'just right' so that the features of the house are shown in their best light. As a seller this process has been seamless as all of my enquiries and comments have been responded to, efficiently, by email or call. My property is almost ready to launch and I have no doubt that the work that Charlotte and the team have undertaken so far will give it the best possible chance of a speedy sale. Highly recommend based on my experience so far!

Bebe and the Bath team were excellent agents to deal with
Bebe and the team at the Bath office were excellent in terms of support, communication and speed to help me find a new rental home in after relocating from overseas to Bath. Quick and friendly
Bebe showed me around a lovely property in Bath which I had been wanting to view but was disappointed to see it was fully booked! Quick and friendly service and I was very pleased to actually get a call back for this property, which is hard enough in Bath currently! Sweet viewing and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend
