David was fantastically helpful, efficient, and provided the best service we could've asked for. The house we wanted to purchase ultimately didn't work out for us, but we felt like we were really well looked after and felt like the service was truly exceptional. Its amazing how Martin & Co have operated when beginning this tenancy. Not only was the process of finding, viewing and applying for the house made incredibly smooth by Kate Armstrong.
