Lovely welcome
We've not let through Martin&Co before but have let through various other agents in Bath and Bebe was really helpful and honest with us from the start. We're in a tough situation with a time critical move and she's really helping us figure out what's realistic for us. She's made it all a smooth experience so far and I really hope we end up renting with them as she's already made us feel really comfortable about it which is helping alleviate a lot of stress.

David & Bebe
We had viewed and subsequently had an offer accepted on a property that we were originally showed by David, and then showed by Bebe on the second viewing. They were both very approachable and knowledgable, and good at explaining things simply. I would highly recommend Martin & Co based on our experience.

Bebe and Gaye
I’ve used Martin & Co several times, and have found them to be professional, diligent, knowledgeable and straightforward. Gaye has always been super-helpful and offered good advice, and on this most recent letting assigned Bebe onto the tenant find. Bebe was great, always quick to respond and help, and listened and acted accordingly. If she didn’t know, she went and found out, and got back quickly. On this let, it went in a new direction for everyone, and both Bebe and Gaye were really supportive and practical. Delighted with the service I’ve had.

Amazing!
Bebe was a great help after we got past the initial steps with Ayla and Gaye (who were also very helpful). This is our first time renting and they were very patient with us and provided us with all the information that we needed. They replied to all of our questions very quickly and were amazing at helping us deal with any problems. Thank you for making our first renting experience a positive one!!
