These are the sort people, or the director is the sort of person, who send a section 21 no fault eviction just before 5pm on Friday because a good tenant is happy to continue renting on a periodic tenancy and doesn't want or need a new AST. They are in it for nothing more than the money; they do not care about people. If you rent from them, good luck. If you use them as an agent to manage your property, don't believe a word they say, and be prepared to pay more fees than you need to.

Dear Steve, I notice that you are not the tenant. You paint a very damning picture, I can assure you that this is not a true reflection of this business. First of all we haven't and have never even intended to charge the tenant any fees (Tenant Fee Act 2019). In fact in this particular case we agreed not to increase the rent with the tenant. Secondly I cannot help think you are shooting the messenger as it is the landlords decision. We have given plenty of time to the tenant, but yes we have requested they vacate, something we and all agents have to do on occasion. I do understand your frustration, but with time I hope you will see that it this review is unwarranted.
